Service Level Agreements
Optimize your uptime during power outages with one of SacPower’s three levels of contracted support for most common brands of UPS systems. Our most cost effective plan includes a PM visit and replacement parts at a discounted rate. We are proud to offer two onsite support plans, one with next business day response and the other with 4-hour response. These 3 plans offer our customers the greatest flexibility in terms of cost vs. mean time to repair. All our support plans include factory-trained field technicians and genuine OEM replacement parts. Discounts are available based on volume of units covered.
PM Plus (Silver)
Plan includes: (1) Preventative Maintenance visit during standard business hours, replacement parts at a discounted rate, labor charges billed on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum.
Next Business Day (Gold)
Plan includes: Next business day onsite response, replacement battery kits & parts, labor, travel, 7x24 telephone tech support (1-hour telephone response time), corrective maintenance, environmental inspection, functional verification, and on-site trouble shooting.

4-Hour (Platinum)
Plan includes: 4-Hour onsite response, replacement battery kits & parts, labor, travel, 7x24 telephone tech support (1-hour telephone response time), corrective maintenance, environmental inspection, functional verification, and on-site trouble shooting.
Large Field Service Staff
With a large staff of factory-trained technicians, we consistently handle an ever-increasing volume of support contracts throughout the state. Our professional staff carries most of the common replacement parts in their vehicles to eliminate additional downtime and return visits.
